Al menos como tal est\u00e1 inscrito en el libro Guinness de los Records desde 1987. Fue fundado en 1725. Su fama es tal que resulta obligada su visita a quien venga a Madrid. Aunque solo sea para detenerse en su fachada y escuchar su historia, como hacen diariamente multitud de turistas. Y hacerse una fotograf\u00eda delante de la fachada.<\/p>\r\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda no hace falta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fotografo-profesional.net\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">contratar un fot\u00f3grafo profesional<\/span><\/a>, hay tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles para las fotograf\u00edas de recuerdo. Haya o no fotograf\u00edas de ellos aqu\u00ed, tanto Ernest Hemingway como Benito P\u00e9rez Gald\u00f3s o Graham Green comieron en Casa Bot\u00edn.<\/p>\r\n<p>Su clave del \u00e9xito siempre ha consistido en la cocina elaborada de forma tradicional. Algunas de las especialidades m\u00e1s apreciadas por sus comensales son los deliciosos cochinillos y corderos asados al estilo castellano. Es decir, en horno de le\u00f1a de encina. El horno de Casa Bot\u00edn viene funcionando sin interrupci\u00f3n desde que esta antigua instituci\u00f3n del yantar abriera sus puertas en Madrid. Aparte de sus carnes, tambi\u00e9n se puede degustar sopa castellana, lenguado o merluza de pincho.<\/p>\r\n<p>La historia del restaurante Casa Bot\u00edn es tan longeva como el edificio en que est\u00e1 ubicado. As\u00ed, un sobrino de la mujer de Jean Bot\u00edn abrir\u00eda en 1725 una posada en la calle de Cuchilleros, en el emplazamiento en que se encuentra el actual restaurante.
